Minimum 8 years experience in Sucker rod pumping in the following areas:

• Installation of sucker rod pumping units along with maintenance and repair
• Rig installation of subsurface equipment such as Sucker rod pumps and rods
• Executes customer filed activities plans
• Ensures customer satisfaction and conforms with customer standards and requirements
• Lead company filed personnel and ensures their safety
• Fully aware of oilfield EHS and SRP related safety

Minimum 5 years experience in the following areas:

• Installation of Sucker rod pumping units along with maintenance and repair
• Ensures work safety and quality
• Fully aware of SRP and oilfield safety

Minimum 5 years in the following years:

• Installation of Sucker rod pump controller, control panel and Variable Speed drive VSD
• Familiarity of SRP design and optimisation
• Fully aware of oilfield, SRP and Electrical safety

Minimum 5 years experience in the following areas:

• Inspection and repair of sucker rod pumps and other associated equipment
• Ensures work quality and safety
• Maintain repair specified lead-time
